It is a path to a deeper connection with yourself, an invitation to become silent and listen to what your body and mind have to tell you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yoga has a deep healing effect. It can relieve tension and pain, improve your sleep and strengthen your resistance. But what I find most beautiful is how yoga invites you to look at yourself with gentleness. Not to \u2018fix\u2019 something, but to embrace what is there with compassion and attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whether you are just starting out or have been on the mat for years, yoga can have a transformative effect on all aspects of your life. You learn to recognize what a physical blockage is and what an emotional blockage is, and how the two are related. With just 10 minutes a day you can achieve a lot. By combining yoga with <a href=\"https:\/\/bewustinbalansmetbaukje.nl\/en\/meditatie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">meditation<\/a>, this process deepens and accelerates naturally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\" id=\"yogales\">Classes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There are weekly classes and specials, in which you work with postures and meditation in a small group. This not only offers the opportunity to deepen your practice, but also to experience how valuable it is to practice in connection with others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During a private yoga session you will be guided in postures in which you can recognize blockages and learn to let go step by step. You will gain insight into the subtle collaboration between body and mind. Because we work one-on-one, we will adjust everything to what you need at that moment. In de afgelopen jaren heb ik mij verdiept in onder andere <a href=\"https:\/\/bewustinbalansmetbaukje.nl\/en\/massage\/\">Eastern massage techniques<\/a>, energy work, the chakra's and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bewustinbalansmetbaukje.nl\/en\/yoga\/\">yoga<\/a>. Additionally, I continue to study and practice the <a href=\"https:\/\/bewustinbalansmetbaukje.nl\/en\/meditatie\/\">Buddhist philosophy<\/a>, die een belangrijke inspiratiebron vormt in mijn werk en lessen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mijn Hatha yogales bestaat dan ook uit houdingen en meditaties die je leren lichaam en geest te beheersen. De boeddhistische filosofie is de basis van waaruit ik werk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In mijn Hatha yogalessen vormen houdingen en meditatie de basis. Je leert je lichaam beter kennen, je aandacht te richten en meer bewust te worden van wat er in je leeft. De boeddhistische filosofie vormt daarbij het fundament van waaruit ik lesgeef.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regelmatig hoor ik van deelnemers dat ik &#8220;zo lekker nuchter&#8221; lesgeef. Dat herken ik wel. Ik ben geen stereotype yogadocent en geef les op een praktische, down-to-earth manier. Je vindt bij mij geen muziek, wierook, klankschalen, mantra&#8217;s of Sanskriet. Alleen jij en de oefeningen. Geen afleiding, geen opsmuk, maar aandacht voor wat er op dit moment aanwezig is. Ik begeleid je met mijn stem door de les, terwijl jij leert luisteren naar wat je lichaam je vertelt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mijn lessen zijn toegankelijk voor iedereen. Mijn naam is Luna, enthousiaste yogi en sinds 2023 ook yogadocente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Middenin een donkere periode kwam Yoga op mijn pad &#8211; sindsdien heb ik niet meer achteromgekeken. Toentertijd woonde ik in Kaapstad en heb ook daar mijn eerste opleiding gevolgd. Dit bevestigde direct mijn gevoel: mijn passie ligt bij Yoga in het brede concept van het woord \u2013 van de Vedische cultuur, de eeuwenoude wijsheden en technieken tot aan het fysieke-, mentale- en energetische aspect. De vonk sloeg over en mijn spirituele groei ging van start. Sindsdien is Yoga een onmisbare schakel in mijn reis tot zelfrealisatie. En graag begeleid ik de ander in zijn eigen yoga-ontwikkeling.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In mijn lessen besteed ik aandacht aan het verenigen van het lichaam, de geest en de ziel om in contact te treden met je Ware Zelf. Dit kan vanuit verschillende vormen van Yoga, met ieder een eigen invalshoek. Zelf geef ik les in zowel Yin- als Vinyasa Yoga. I\u2019m Pankhuri (or Fifi), from India and now living in Eindhoven since 2021. I have always believed that yoga isn\u2019t just about fancy poses \u2013 it\u2019s a ticket to a life upgrade! I see yoga as a journey that\u2019s less about twisting yourself into a pretzel and more about finding your inner peace.
