Activity calendar
To make an appointment, go to the online booking system. There you can schedule your appointment for a massage or session or register for one of the group lessons.

Holiday schedule and days off:
Autumn holiday: Monday, October 19 to Sunday October 25
Christmas holiday: Monday, December 21 to Sunday, January 3
Spring break: Monday, February 8 to Sunday, February 14 (Carnival break)
Good Friday: Friday, March 26
Easter: Sunday, March 28 and Monday, March 29
There are no lessons during public holidays and school vacations. The subscriptions are based on 40 weeks of lessons per year; all vacations and days off are already included in this. Members have access to video lessons via the yoga members page and/or the Sangha members page. The login details can be found in the associated WhatsApp group.
