10-time card
A 10-time card costs €138.00 and is valid for one year.
Subscription terms and conditions
The price of a monthly subscription is based on 40 weeks per year. This includes all holidays and days off. The membership is collected by direct debit and continues until cancelled. The notice period is two months and must be submitted in writing. Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
With a subscription, your spot is reserved on a weekly basis. You no longer have to register for each class. If you can't make it to class, you can take a class at another time. You also get a discount on the meditation groups on Sunday.
Conditions for 10-time card
10-time cards are personal and non-transferable.
After purchase you can book 10 classes in advance. Classes must be scheduled by yourself and can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
The General Terms and Conditions (including the cancellation policy) and the Privacy Policy apply to all agreements with Bewust in Balans.

My first introduction to Buddhist teachings was during a 10-day Vipassana retreat. A few years later I traveled with a small study group 'In the Footsteps of the Buddha' through India and Nepal. This educational, Buddhist pilgrimage was the basis of my later education.
With all my collected knowledge, I have written an e-workshop to explain the principles of Buddhism. This workshop consists of a document explaining the origins of Buddhism, the basis of philosophy in text and recorded lessons and a concentration meditation audio lesson. It actually contains everything you need to understand and get started with the basics of Buddhism.
